Andy was an expert. Our guide Andy was a history buff and an expert who adapted to our agenda of going off the beaten path. The tour time flew quickly and yet we felt relaxed and all learned so much along the way. We would definitely recommend booking the same tour with Andy or another Blue Badge guide.

Tour of the Cotswolds and Bath
Our travel agent chose our driver guide, she chose wisely for us. During our month long stay we had several driver guides along the way. Andrew was by far the best. He is very knowledgeable about the history, art and characters of Bath and the Cotswolds. He knew where to take us and what we would find interesting after we had a chat with at the beginning of our day. He was aware of our comfort level and made stops for us as needed, even had water and biscuits for us. We appreciated that he listened to what we wanted and made the day so enjoyable. It was such a pleasure to be in his company and you will be delighted with him as your guide.

A passionate advocate on the history of Bath and its surrounds
I researched at great length to find "the right guide" to introduce us to Bath, Stonehenge and the area in general.
On the day of the tour Andy collected us from Bristol in his very clean Range Rover and he'd included water in case we needed it during the day. Immediately we found Andy to be a fellow of great humour and it was very easy to strike up a good chat with him. The tour of Bath started ….. Because we were from Australia he took a side tour to St Nicholas Church in Bathampton to see the grave of Admiral Arthur Phillip, the founder of the first colony in Australia and our first Governor. ….We concluded at Bath with a lovely lunch and we were pleased to see that Andy was happy to sit and chat with us during lunch.... We experienced the same level of detailed knowledge at Stonehenge and then to his credit, and in his own time, Andy took us for a driving tour around Bristol so we could also appreciate the city in which we were staying.
It was the highlight of our 3 week tour of the UK for my wife, and you will be very hard to find another guide with his knowledge and great personality.

Awesome Bath Tour!!!
Great tour - and Andy was awesome. First the tour: Andy gave us a wonderful overview of Bath -- and a desire to return to see even more. We saw everything from the city centre tourist sites to the surrounding hill sides overlooking the city. Andy definitely combined both walking tour locations and a driving tour as well allowing us to see in depth the various "crescents" and accompanying beautiful architecture of Bath. He even got us in for a last minute viewing of the Assembly Rooms -- a location we would not likely have gone to but for Andy's guidance. What a great day we had. Andy picked us up at our hotel (about 1 1/2 hours from Bath) in a roomy, comfortable and clean Range Rover. Off we headed to Bath with Andy providing great insights, history and stories to the areas we passed through. He was extremely well prepared for the day's touring and did a wonderful job at providing history and context for what we going to be seeing. At the various locations we visited with Andy, never did we feel rushed or pushed to move along. In truth, we went to Bath to see the obligatory Roman Baths (which were even better than expected), but we left with a new found love of the city and a desire to return. Great job Andy! We will look for other opportunities to book another tour with him in the future.

Excellent Tour of Cheltenham
